Back to Life, Back to Reality

Well my last big break from school/work was officially over two weeks ago when I started work on July 1. Let me just say the past few weeks have been a whirlwind of new emotions, new challenges, and DEFINITELY a lot less sleep.

I remember the first day of work and actually being called Dr. Deacon for the first time was kind of cool....however, after answering calls on my pager.... "Hi this is Dr. Deacon returning a page"...more times than I even care to count, I am now happy to report that I am over it!!!

Truthfully, if you forget about the lack of sleep and all the hours spent away from home, it is actually fun. I am finally getting to do what I have been working towards for many years.

SO if I continue to be MIA from the blogging world for the next little while.....you'll know where I am. Other than that I don't have much to report. I hope everyone is doing well and having a great summer!!
